B-Bond Stabilization, Solidification and Fixation Agents

B-Bond waste stabilization agents are a group of highly effective and unique blends of natural minerals and inorganic chemicals that can stabilize, solidify and fixate a wide variety of wastes into a non-leachable solid that will not re-liquify.

B-Bond formulas are blended to meet site specific needs, and consist of a variety of pozzolonic silicates as well as organophilic minerals.

B-Bond:

• products enable treated wastes to pass TCLP leachability tests
• will eliminate free standing liquids
• will reduce total volume increases when compared to flyash, Portland cement, lime, and other "low-tech" stabilization chemistries
• low application rates reduce overall treatment and disposal costs
• will solidify waste many times its weight

B-Sorb Superabsorbent Stabilization / Solidification Agents

B-Sorb is a solid, granular superabsorbent polymer that rapidly absorbs and retains large volumes of water from aqueous sludges. The absorptive properties of B-Sorb are ideally suited for solidification and stabilization of many types of wastewater and sludge.

B-Sorb is non-hazardous (some dust), non-toxic, non-reactive, non-biodegradable and adds less than 1% to the overall volume of waste. No agitation or mixing is needed to activate the polymer and most waste types can be solidified, eliminating free liquids within 1 to 5 minutes. Therefore, B-Sorb can provide substantial cost savings to a project by reducing or eliminating capital equipment purchases, health and safety requirements, processing labor time, transportation and disposal costs.
